Pace Research India Morning Update : Sensex Falls After Hitting 30000

Equity benchmarks opened higher, with the Sensex crossing 30,000-mark on Wednesday but failed to sustain that level.
The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 79.75 points at 29,830.47 and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 15.15 points to 9,222.70.
