The market closed flat after rangebound session, as investors await Federal Reserve meeting outcome due tonight. The 30-share BSE Sensex was up 16.06 points at 35,176.42 and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 21.40 points to 10,718. Vedanta, Tata Steel, HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, HUL and SBI were under pressure. ITC, HDFC, HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries and Kotak Mahindra Bank gained up to 4 percent.
