The S&P BSE Consumer Durables index hit a fresh record high of 22,673.33 in Tuesday's trade. The BSE Consumer Durables index was trading 1.93 per cent up at 22,650, with shares of PC Jeweller (up 2.89 per cent) and Titan Company (up 2.60 per cent) climbing up to 3 per cent. Benchmark Sensex was 94 points up at 33,696, while the NSE Nifty50 index was 31 points up at 10,420. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty50 index, 34 were trading in the green, while 16 were in the red.
